Research also has an important screening function : keeping a professional eye on the latest technology and scanning new applications. Our focus is on innovations for your products in terms of flavour, texture, conditioning and bio-conservation. 

In addition, we develop new projects in our advanced application laboratory. Together with Sales & Marketing, we translate this knowledge into specific ingredients and applications for our clients. Research investigates the ingredients that suit the product in the application. How should it look, taste and smell? In our laboratory, we make prototypes for yoghurt, cheese or cream cheese, thus enabling you to make concrete choices. Your positioning serves as the starting point for translating product requirements into their desired functionality.
